Charming stone farmhouse on the hills of Camaiore.
Here time seems to have stopped, the rhythms are slow, and silence lets us relax. The rustic house, renovated about 15 years ago, has an incredible charm especially for the authenticity of the materials and the structure; every detail has been thought out and studied directly by the owner, as this is his family's home. The house has three entrances, two on the ground floor and one on the first floor. Through a characteristic callar we arrive at the first ground‑floor entrance where a corridor leads to a dining area equipped with a masonry barbecue, a wood stove, and a beautiful stone sink; and to the stairs for access to the first floor. The external entrance to the first floor is via a beautiful original staircase in serpentine marble; from here you access the living‑dining room with a fireplace, kitchen, and bathroom. Going up to the first floor we find the bedrooms, a wardrobe room, and the bathroom. Adjacent is another two‑storey building where the ground floor is used as a wine cellar, and a laundry/utility room; the first floor has a single room currently used as a billiards room, and a bathroom serving the pool, which is located in the small garden overlooking the hills, plus terraced land of about 600 m².
Authenticity, tranquility and view.
